Selvam Studios provides photography, cinematic videography, pre-wedding shoots, wedding films, photo frames, LED photo frames, multi-color magazines, flex banners, lithos, wall posters, visiting cards, bill books, and notice printing services.

Service deliverables, formats, designs, timelines, and final outputs may vary based on project requirements, client preferences, and feasibility.

3. Bookings and Payments

3.1 Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after advance payment or full payment, as mutually agreed, is received by Selvam Studios.

3.2 Payment Methods

Payments may be accepted through cash, UPI, bank transfer, or other agreed-upon methods.

3.3 Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be communicated as early as possible.
  • Advance payments are generally non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and may involve additional charges.

4. Delivery of Work

4.1 Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines for photos, videos, albums, or printed materials will be communicated at the time of booking. Delays may occur due to editing complexity, revisions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4.2 Revisions

Reasonable revisions may be provided based on the agreed scope of work. Excessive or additional revisions may incur extra charges.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership

All photographs, videos, designs, and creative materials produced by Selvam Studios remain the intellectual property of Selvam Studios unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5.2 Usage Rights

Selvam Studios reserves the right to use selected content for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate event details and requirements
  • Ensuring timely communication and approvals
  • Obtaining permissions for shooting at specific venues, if required

Selvam Studios is not liable for issues arising from incorrect or delayed information provided by the client.

7. Limitation of Liability

Selvam Studios shall not be held liable for:

  • Loss or damage due to events beyond our control
  • Technical failures, data loss, or equipment malfunction despite reasonable precautions
  • Indirect or consequential losses arising from service usage

Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

8. Privacy

All client information shared with Selvam Studios will be kept confidential and used solely for service delivery and communication purposes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tamil Nadu, India.
