  • International Shipping: Currently not available

2. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Physical products are typically processed within 2–5 business days after final design approval and payment confirmation.
  • Custom Products: Albums, frames, and printed items require additional production time depending on customization.
  • Delays: During peak seasons or due to production workload, processing times may extend. Clients will be informed in such cases.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes:

  • Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days
  • Express Delivery: 2–4 business days (subject to availability and additional charges)

Shipping charges are calculated based on product size, weight, and delivery location and will be communicated before dispatch.

4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

After shipment, tracking details will be shared via message or email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect in the courier system.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • Delivery to P.O. boxes may not be supported
