By booking our services or placing an order with Selvam Studios, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

Due to the customized and creative nature of our services, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.

1.1 Services (Photography & Videography)

Refunds are not applicable once:

  • The shoot has been completed
  • Editing or post-production has started
  • Final deliverables have been shared

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • Selvam Studios fails to deliver the agreed service
  • The service is cancelled by Selvam Studios for unavoidable reasons

1.2 Printed & Physical Products

Returns or replacements are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery
  • There is a printing or production error
  • An incorrect item was delivered

Customized products cannot be returned for design preference changes.

2. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

If you believe your request is eligible, please contact us within 3–5 days of receiving the product or service delivery.

3. Processing Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–7 business days

Please note:

  • Advance payments are generally non-refundable
  • Shipping, travel, or location expenses are non-refundable

4. Revisions and Corrections

For photography, videography, and design services:

  • Reasonable revisions are provided as per the agreed scope
  • Additional revisions or changes beyond the scope may incur extra charges

Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction based on personal artistic preferences.

5. Exchanges and Replacements

For eligible printed products:

  • Replacements will be provided at no additional cost (subject to availability)
  • In certain cases, a refund may be issued instead of a replacement

6. Delivery and Shipping

  • Delivery timelines will be communicated during order confirmation
  • Selvam Studios is not responsible for courier delays beyond our control
  • Replacement timelines may vary depending on production and availability

7. Final Sale Items

Some services or products may be marked as non-refundable or final sale. These will be clearly communicated at the time of booking or purchase.
